Vehicle Purchase Terms

All vehicle sales are subject to a written purchase agreement. Pricing is confirmed in writing before commitment; figures published nowhere on this website constitute an offer. Vehicle availability, specifications and delivery timeframes are confirmed per transaction.

Specifications & Data

Specifications shown on this website are verified against manufacturer documentation for the stated model year but may vary by market and configuration. Where information varies, we state so explicitly. Customers should confirm final specification in writing prior to purchase.

Pricing & Payments

Cascade Escalade operates on a price-on-request basis. Payment terms, account details and escrow arrangements are provided only through verified, direct channels. We will never request payment to an account communicated via unsolicited message.

Sourcing & Delivery

Vehicle sourcing, export/import coordination, shipping and customs liaison are provided on a best-efforts basis. Duties, taxes and timelines are quoted per shipment based on current regulation; we do not guarantee figures we cannot verify.

Trade-In Submissions

Trade-in submissions are enquiries, not offers. Any valuation is subject to physical inspection and documentation verification and is valid only when confirmed in writing.

Service & Parts

Service bookings, parts requests and roadside support are provided according to the terms confirmed at booking. Parts availability is subject to inventory and supplier confirmation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cascade Escalade's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction giving rise to a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with disputes subject to the courts of Lagos State.
